Natalie Romanin
I am regarded as a responsible, ethical and diligent employee who has the ability to work seamlessly with others in a team environment but also possesses the leadership skills to manage and delegate projects. I have accumulated four years of industry experience in the web environment. I also possess a sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash animation and Search Engine Optimisation.
I pride myself on both my attention to detail in my work and in my appearance. I believe that the face of the company is the face of its people and I always portray professionalism and integrity.
Not only am I highly competent in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I am aiming to receive Adobe Certified Expert status in the up-coming year. Although my strengths are Photoshop and Illustrator, I do posses a sound knowledge of Indesign, Flash, After Effects as well as many other programs in the Adobe suite.
Most of my design career was spent with i4U on the Gold Coast. i4U prides itself on its high level of design and quality. As its only designer, I was solely responsible for creating all the custom website designs, business cards, logos and other media. I have worked with creative freedom and within guideline constraints for clients such as Wyndham, Adam Scott, QANTAS/Alpha Flight Services, Stuart Appleby and Palazzo Versace to name a few.

Natalie has been creating designs for Fluffy in two ways:
- Firstly creating stylized monthly designs which develop into a themed series eg. 7 Deadly Sins, Fairy Tales, Astrology Signs
- Secondly creating one off Theme Party posters which visualize what the party will be about. This is very successful as the characters Natalie has designed are so distinctive to Fluffy we only need to put them in a themed setting to effectively advertise what the party will be about.
Furthermore I find Natalie completely professional and her work is of the highest standard. I always look forward in receiving new designs from her every month.
