The brief
The Sunland Group, a well respected development group based on the Gold Coast, had expanded to include projects in the United Arab Emirates. One such project, Business Bay was a development exclusively for businesses, their owners and staff. The pride of Business Bay was Bridgewater House, an impressive residential tower.
The Sunland Group contracted i4U to create a website to increase awareness and provide information about the project. I was given carte blanche with the design. I drew inspiration from a Bridgewater House brochure creating a bronze and brown colour scheme with highlights of turquoise. To give the illusion of depth, I included metallic textures and combined them with abstract and close-up imagery.
Unfortunately the project was sold after the design phase and the website never reached development though my designs were met with resounding approval.
