The brief

Leah approached i4U to re-design her outdated online presence. She decided to take the opportunity to re-brand herself and her photographic studio to reflect the high quality work she was producing.

The majority of her business is wedding photography therefore the website and branding had to target engaged couples specifically the soon-to-be bride. We opted for an elegant style utilizing natural, earthy and warm colours. The use of subtle tones was non-obtrusive to the viewer and created a relaxed mood where the imagery in the design could stand out. I incorporated a subtle floral pattern that created a sense of texture and femininity.

The website had to be simple, elegant and user-friendly. We limited the amount of non-essential information and divided it into five menu items. I created a logo to support the simplicity and elegant theme. A three column layout was used throughout the website to promote readability.
